The owner is a very friendly lady- Let me into my room at 10 in the morning as it was free/cleaned , a nice gesture. Breakfast is quite ok compared to some other hotels
Easy to hear what is going on in the room next to you

No reason to complain, the venue met needs, can recommend it. Everything was 10/10, superfriendly staff, particularly good location just next door to the bridges which cross to the Uffitzi, the door "Casa Pucci " and Firenze...

Casa Pucci was a fantastic find! Great value for money and a perfect location. We could easily walk to the main center of the city in just 15 minutes, but we also enjoyed being in a cool neighborhood where locals hang out. There were plenty of amazing restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. Caterina and her mother were extremely helpful, assisting us with restaurant bookings and answering any questions we had about the area. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the homemade breakfast each morning was a delightful touch. I highly recommend Casa Pucci!
Couldn't fault it! 👌.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet street. Secondly, the hotel itself was full of character, as it was housed in a beautiful old building with a fascinating history. The room was spacious and clean, with luxurious linens and a modern bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options. One detail that stood out to me was the inner garden courtyard, which was a peaceful oasis in the heart of the hotel. this hotel offers great value for money and I highly recommended it for anyone visiting the city.
